Motion Storytelling & Visual Narratives (50%)– Translate complex SaaS workflows into clear, engaging motion-led stories– Own end-to-end production of product explainers, launches, and brand videos– Elevate product understanding through high-quality animation and storytelling– Drive higher engagement and retention through compelling visual content
2. Multi-Channel Creative Execution (30%)– Create motion assets for web, social, ads, events, and sales enablement– Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Brand, and Content teams– Ensure consistency across all motion outputs aligned with brand guidelines– Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines
3. Craft Excellence & Innovation (20%)– Push the bar on heavy animation work beyond basic transitions or text motion– Bring strong pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy into every asset– Continuously experiment with styles, formats, and motion techniques– Simplify technical concepts into intuitive visual communication
