We are hiring experienced Outdoor Marketing Executives for Dealer Onboarding and Business Development. Candidates must have prior experience in lubricant or automotive oil industries with brands such as Castrol, Shell, Liqui Moly, Mobil, Gulf Oil, Valvoline, Servo, Veedol, Motul, TotalEnergies, BPCL MAK, HP Lubricants, Amsoil, Fuchs, Petronas, Elf, Repsol, or similar lubricant brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, workshops, and distributors for business development.
- Onboard new dealers and expand the dealer network.
- Promote company lubricant products, offers, and schemes.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
- Achieve monthly dealer onboarding and sales targets.
- Conduct field marketing and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for dealer support and activation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lubricant or automotive oil field marketing.
- Experience with dealer handling and market expansion.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in field operations.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
