Job Description:
· Recruitment:
o Understanding job profile of all positions.
o Sourcing potential candidates through various sources like job portals, head hunting, social network etc.
o Screening, shortlisting of resume.
o Scheduling of interviews.
o Preparing and offering compensation.
o Issuing of Offer letter
· Payroll Management:
o Manage monthly Payroll processing through software. Disburse salary and other benefits like Bonus, Leave encashment etc.
o Attendance and Leave record – Maintain attendance and Leave record of employees and counsel employees as and when required
o Manage monthly Payroll processing through software. Disburse salary and other benefits
· Administration:
o Security
o Housekeeping
o Contract Labour Management
Qualities required:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Computer proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook
· Target oriented
· Exposure to Payroll & HRMS Software
· Experience in using job portals & social network
Qualification: MBA – HR (Preferable) / Any Graduate
Experience :- 5 Years to 20 Years
Shift Timing :-
09:00 am to 06:30 pm
07:30 pm to 06:30 am (Rotational Shift)
Salary would be negotiate
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
