Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, highly mobile, and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to lead our on-ground student acquisition and network expansion efforts. Instead of managing a static setup, you will be a nimble on-field operator, moving strategically between high-footfall education hubs, regional center gates, transit points, and local partner ecosystems to proactively engage with prospective students and capture high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
1. Mobile On-Field Engagement & Lead Capture
- Nimble Field Prospecting: Roam strategically around designated target locations (such as main campus exit gates, nearby metro stations, and coaching hubs) to approach and engage walking students.
- Value-Driven Pitching: Confidently initiate conversations, understand student needs, and deliver a persuasive pitch regarding our free digital resources, career roadmaps, or programs.
- Instant Digital Logging: Secure prospect contact details directly on a company-provided tablet. Execute real-time mobile OTP verification to ensure 100% data integrity before triggering instant digital resource delivery.
2. Local Ecosystem & Agent Network Expansion
- Micro-Agent Onboarding: Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard local micro-agents (such as campus security guards, external counseling staff, and owners of nearby book/photocopy shops) into our referral network.
- Collateral & Visibility Management: Maximize brand presence across the local area by distributing informational flyers and securing permissions to place high-contrast wall posters or co-branded bookmarks inside high-traffic shops.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary relationship manager for your onboarded local agents—keeping them motivated, tracking their performance, and assisting them with manual lead submissions.
3. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Daily Metric Tracking: Maintain strict compliance with daily reporting structures, ensuring all metrics (number of interactions, validated leads, and agent sign-ups) are logged accurately on your dashboard.
- On-Ground Feedback: Provide continuous qualitative insights to the marketing team regarding student pain points, frequently asked questions, and competitor activity in the field.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct-to-consumer (D2C) promotions, event marketing, or customer-facing roles. (High-energy freshers with excellent communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Assets & Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler for daily intra-city travel between target locations and regional hubs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Highly extroverted, confident, and persuasive. You must be comfortable striking up conversations with strangers in public settings.
- Stamina & Resilience: High physical stamina required for an active, on-the-move outdoor field role (no desk/sitting setup).
- Tech Comfort: Fluent with smartphone/tablet apps, mobile web browsers, and instant verification workflows (OTP/WhatsApp links).
- Languages: Fluency in the regional language and conversational Hindi/English is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
