We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with 2–4 years of experience in Java Spring Boot development. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on developer with strong backend expertise, good frontend understanding, and excellent communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow into a Technical Lead, mentor developers, and help build a high-performing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java & Spring Boot.
- Build secure and reusable RESTful APIs with Spring Security and JWT.
- Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers using Maven, Nginx/Apache, and AWS/VMs.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Take ownership of modules and embrace the challenge of guiding and mentoring a growing development teamwhile driving engineering best practices.
