Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Admin Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. The candidate should possess strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise daily office operations
- Handle and guide administrative staff
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel, and appointments
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure company policies and office procedures are followed
- Handle facility management and housekeeping coordination
- Monitor administrative expenses and budgets
- Support HR and other departments in operational activities
- Prepare reports and communicate with management regularly
Required Skills :

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
