Since we are a diabetes clinic, your job will be to manage and shepherd patients to their respective departments like lab, blood sample collection ,consultation doctor cabins and pharmacy. You would be expected to focus on ensuring that patient's waiting time is kept to a minimum. You must also see to that patients are comfortable and do not get annoyed.
You must have noticed in a busy restaurant ,how a person takes your name and allots you seating. This role is similar to that, except this is in a hospital. We can promise a lot of growth financially and careerwise, for a suitable candidate. Adequate training will be given for all of this.
