Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Kafka, and AWS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable distributed systems and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and implement Microservices architecture for enterprise-grade applications
- Develop and manage asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS cloud platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams
- Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews and unit testing
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decisions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of strong hands-on experience in Java development
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
- Experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-native applications
- AWS certification is an added advantage
