Job Summary
WeArch Developers is looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to manage project workflows from client onboarding to project completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, architects, drafting teams, site engineers, sales, and permitting authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, with clear communication and seamless execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities from client onboarding through project completion.
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings to gather project requirements and ensure timely approvals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing project updates, drawing clarifications, and revision requests.
- Coordinate the preparation, submission, and approval of architectural and working drawings.
- Track drawing revisions and ensure all client feedback is implemented accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Plan and coordinate site visits with clients, site engineers, architects, and project teams.
- Collect and verify all documents required for permit applications and monitor permit approval progress.
- Coordinate with drafting, design, execution, and sales teams to ensure smooth project workflow and timely communication.
- Monitor project schedules, follow up on pending activities, and ensure milestones are achieved as planned.
- Maintain accurate project records, status reports, approvals, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate completion file preparation and submission after successful project completion.
- Provide regular project progress updates to management and support continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, preferably in Architecture, Construction, or Interior Design.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination, client handling, and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
