INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN
Location- Nashik
1.carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of process instruments.
2. Calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, conductivity, and other field instruments.
3.Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, and control systems with engineering support.
4.Maintain instrumentation for HVAC, PW/WFI systems, clean steam, boilers, chillers, compressors, and process equipment.Maintain calibration and maintenance records as per GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
5.Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
6.Support audits, validation, CAPA, and deviation investigations as required.
