Computer Operator cum Office Assistant
Job Description:
- Perform data entry and maintain office records.
- Prepare, update, and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Handle email communication and basic office correspondence.
- Maintain files, databases, and office documentation.
- Assist in printing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Coordinate with different departments for daily office operations.
- Answer phone calls and assist visitors professionally.
- Manage office supplies and support administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely completion of assigned work.
- Perform other office and computer-related duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet & Email).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification:
- 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,220.83 - ₹18,549.65 per month
