Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Education Counsellor** to engage with prospective students, evaluate their eligibility for our **Motorsports Engineering Program in Italy**, and guide them through the initial admission process. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, well-versed in telecalling procedures, and capable of providing insightful counselling to aspiring engineers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Outreach & Evaluation
- Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in the program.
- Gather and verify student details, including academic background and career aspirations.
- Assess student eligibility based on predefined admission criteria.
2. Counselling & Guidance
- Explain the program structure, curriculum, admission requirements, and benefits of studying at Prudent Academy in Italy.
- Address student queries and concerns, providing clear and accurate information.
- Motivate and guide eligible students toward making informed decisions about enrolling in the program.
3. Admission Process Coordination
- Shortlist eligible candidates and schedule them for the first round of telephonic interviews with the admissions department.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, evaluations, and follow-ups in the system.
- Ensure seamless coordination between students and the admissions team.
4. Compliance with Telecalling Standards
- Follow professional and ethical communication guidelines while interacting with students.
- Adhere to the standard operating procedures for telecalling, including proper call scripts, call logs, and reporting.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security regarding student information.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in engineering, education, or business administration).
- 1-3 years of experience in education counselling, telecalling, or admissions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and call management tools.
