Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and general HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Manage exit formalities including full & final settlement
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR processes and policies
Basic understanding of payroll and labor laws
Organizational and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in HR or related role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
