Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admin to manage overall office administration, facilities, vendor coordination, and support services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive workplace. Common responsibilities for senior administration roles include overseeing office operations, facilities, vendors, security, housekeeping, and workplace services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative activities.
- Manage housekeeping, pantry, security, transport, and facility services.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, maintenance, utilities, stationery, and office supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of administrative materials.
- Handle vendor negotiations, service contracts, and performance reviews.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage office assets, seating arrangements, and employee workplace requirements.
- Support travel, accommodation, and event arrangements for employees and management.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense records, and administration budgets.
- Lead and supervise admin support staff, drivers, housekeeping, and security personnel.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations teams for administrative support.
- Handle emergency situations, facility escalations, and office maintenance issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline .
- 5–10 years of experience in Administration / Facilities Management.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, facility operations, procurement, and office administration.
- Experience in handling office budgets and service contracts.
- Good communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
