About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, documentation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and the ability to handle HR activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Shortlist candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment records.
2. Employee Documentation
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and personnel files.
- Ensure proper documentation during employee joining and exit processes.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, biometric records, late coming, early leaving, and absenteeism.
- Maintain attendance registers and monthly attendance reports.
- Manage employee leave requests and maintain leave records as per company policy.
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance-related issues.
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Handle daily HR operations and employee queries.
- Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee databases.
- Coordinate with management and different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Support payroll inputs by providing accurate attendance, leave, and other required employee data.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly employee performance reviews.
- Maintain performance records and prepare review reports.
- Track employee targets, performance, and improvement areas.
- Assist management in performance-related actions and documentation.
6. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, meetings, training programs, and team initiatives.
- Support a positive and professional workplace environment.
- Address employee concerns and coordinate with management for appropriate resolution.
7. Compliance & Discipline
- Ensure employees follow company policies, attendance requirements, and workplace rules.
- Maintain records of warnings, disciplinary actions, and other employee-related matters.
- Assist in maintaining HR compliance and proper documentation.
8. Employee Exit & Full & Final Process
- Manage resignation and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit discussions and collect required handover documents.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for clearance and Full & Final Settlement.
- Prepare relieving and experience documentation.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Good understanding of attendance and leave management.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities simultaneously.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Recruitment / Generalist HR.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
