Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic In-School Trainer to deliver the NEET/JEE Foundation Program for students of Grades VI to X. The trainer will strengthen students' conceptual understanding in Mathematics and Science through interactive classroom sessions, activity-based learning, and competitive exam-oriented teaching methodologies. The role requires close coordination with school management, students, parents, and the academic team to ensure effective implementation of the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct NEET/JEE Foundation classes for Grades VI–X as per the academic schedule.
- Teach Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Logical Reasoning based on subject expertise.
- Deliver engaging, activity-based, and concept-oriented classroom sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and practice tests.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and mock examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic progress records.
- Identify slow learners and conduct remedial sessions.
- Mentor students to improve analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Motivate students towards competitive examinations such as NEET, JEE, NTSE, Olympiads, and other scholarship exams.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
- Coordinate with school principals, coordinators, and teachers for smooth program implementation.
- Conduct parent meetings and provide student progress updates whenever required.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly academic reports to the Academic Coordinator.
- Participate in faculty training programs, workshops, and academic meetings.
- Follow organizational policies, academic standards, and school guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may apply.
- Prior experience in NEET/JEE Foundation or CBSE teaching is an added advantage.

Working Hours
- As per the assigned school's academic schedule.
- Six working days per week.
- Additional sessions during examinations or revision periods, if required.
