Job Summary
The Insurance Client Relationship Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the insurance policy lifecycle. The role involves assisting customers with policy inquiries, renewals, claims coordination, premium collections, and cross-selling insurance products while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, policy coverage, premiums, renewals, and claims.
- Contact customers for policy renewals and ensure timely renewal completion.
- Assist clients with policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to facilitate smooth policy servicing and claims processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Educate customers about insurance products, benefits, and policy terms.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions, renewals, and service activities.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and customer service skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
