Asdflo is hiring on behalf of a leading pediatric therapy centre seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess children's sensory, motor, functional, and developmental needs.
- Plan and deliver individualized occupational therapy sessions.
- Support sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, motor planning, coordination, attention, ADLs, and self-regulation.
- Develop therapy goals, intervention plans, and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation.
- Train and guide parents on home-based intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Behaviour Therapists, Psychologists, and other professionals.
- Participate in case discussions, progress reviews, and training programs.
Qualifications
- BOT or MOT from a recognized institution, MOT preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, or other neurodevelopmental conditions is an advantage.
