Key Responsibilities
Strategy Planning Develop comprehensive test strategies test plans and test cases for endtoend Salesforce implementations
Defect Management Manage defect tracking triaging and resolution typically using tools like Jira
Automation Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI API and regression testing
Collaboration Coordinate with business stakeholders developers and offshoreonsite teams to ensure highquality delivery
Performance UAT Execute functional system integration UAT and performance testing
Environment Setup Support Data Migration testing and Manage QA environment integrity 1 2 3 4 5
Required Qualifications Skills
Experience Minimum 58 years of experience in Quality Assurance with 3 years specifically in Salesforce testing
Salesforce Knowledge Deep understanding of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Lightning Components LWC
Testing Tools Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Salesforcespecific tools eg TOSCA
Methodologies Strong experience in AgileScrum environments
Soft Skills Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills 1 2 3 4 5 6
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
Experience with DevOps tools eg Jenkins Copado Azure DevOps
Knowledge of OmniStudio or Health Clou
Skills
