Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inclusive recruitment strategies for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals

Facilitate a smooth and comprehensive onboarding process for new hires in alignment with HR standard operating procedures

Identify training needs, lead and monitor training plan through collaboration with managers and employees
-
Establish fair and transparent appraisal systems, assisting managers in providing constructive feedback
-
Promote open communication to address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively
-
Foster a positive, healthy, and engaging work culture within the organization
-
Manage compensation structures and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
-
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
-
Work closely with leadership to align HR policies and strategies with overall business objectives

Communicate new and updated HR policies and procedures clearly to all employees
-
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR metrics reports to track performance and trends

Create a strong 'Employer Brand' for the company
