- Custom Meal Planning: Develop tailored meal plans and grocery lists that fit a client's budget, lifestyle, and medical restrictions.

- Tracking Progress: Monitor how clients respond to nutritional plans, document their progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaboration & Administration
- Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other care providers during treatment rounds to optimize holistic patient care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, confidential patient records and input data into common electronic health record (EHR) software
Public Health & Education
- Community Outreach: Conduct seminars, workshops, and speaking engagements to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
- Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest food and nutritional science. Some work with the food industry to develop recipes, menus, or improve the nutritional quality of consumer products.
