Job Description – Communication Team Leader
Job Summary: We are looking for a Communication Team Leader to supervise the hospital communication/front office team and ensure smooth coordination between patients, departments, and hospital staff. The role involves guiding the team, handling patient concerns, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the communication/front office team.
- Ensure patients receive timely and accurate information.
- Handle patient queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.
- Monitor team performance and attendance.
- Train team members on communication and customer service.
- Maintain a friendly and professional environment for patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Any graduate, preferably with experience in hospital operations or customer service.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hospital communication, front office, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
