Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Diploma Civil Engineer to join our team in Karur. The candidate will be responsible for supporting site activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Read and understand civil drawings and measurements.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and workers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion.
- Check measurements and material requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports and work records.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are followed.
- Coordinate with the project team for smooth execution.
- Visit project sites as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with good knowledge and willingness to learn can apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work at project sites.
- Willingness to travel to nearby project locations.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will be based on qualification, experience and skills.
