About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience managing social media campaigns, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content strategies to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize lead generation, conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Coordinate with clients, provide campaign updates, and present performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, campaign optimization, and social media marketing.
- Experience with lead generation, performance reporting, and campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Canva, AI marketing tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, client management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
