Key Responsibilities
Arrange domestic and international travel bookings including flights, trains, and hotels.
Coordinate airport transfers, local transportation, and travel itineraries.
Prepare detailed travel plans and itineraries for employees and management.
Ensure travel bookings comply with company travel policies and budgets.
Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Maintain records of travel expenses, bookings, and invoices.
Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and vendors.
Assist with visa documentation and travel insurance if required.
Provide 24/7 travel support for emergency travel situations.
Track and report travel costs and savings to management.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of travel booking systems and portals
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously
Knowledge of international travel procedures and documentation
Problem-solving skills for travel disruptions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years experience in travel coordination, travel agency, or corporate travel desk (preferred).
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.

Experience working with corporate travel management companies
Knowledge of visa processing and international travel regulations
Pay: ₹15,734.59 - ₹32,715.08 per month
