Job Summary We are looking for a customer-focused and communicative Customer Support Executive who can handle client queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or orders Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex cases Provide product and service information to customers Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
