Job Summary
Cloudshope Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting Cloudshope's solutions, and converting qualified prospects into customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other lead generation platforms.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain Cloudshope's products and services to potential clients.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with interested prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
- Manage and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors.
- Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or customer engagement.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
