Designation Architect - Liaison
Responsible for planning, designing and taking approvals as per present DCR & SRA guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
· Architect Liaisoning is Responsible for planning and designing as per present DCR & SRA guidelines
· Responsible for taking approvals for all types of buildings to be made – keeping in mind present rules and regulations
Approval drawings as per DCPR
· Provide inputs on the local government laws and regulations during the project planning and design phase to ensure incorporation of the same.
· Coordinate and liaisoning with and visit the approving authorities on a regular basis for statutory approvals and drive the timely approvals.
· Coordination with Project Architects for the same
· Coordination with various consultants (RCC, Interior Services) during different phases of project
· Developing specific goals & plans to prioritize, organize & estimating sizes, distances or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
· Management, coordination and supervising the work of project as well as the numerous contractors & vendors who contribute to the projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
