1. Pizza Preparation
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings as per company recipes and standards.
Assemble pizzas with correct portioning of ingredients.
Bake pizzas in ovens at the correct temperature and time.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of every pizza.
2. Food Quality & Hygiene
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
Ensure workstations, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized at all times.
Comply with FSSAI and company food safety guidelines.
3. Kitchen Operations
Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, meats, and cheese for daily operations.
Monitor stock levels of kitchen ingredients and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.
Assist in receiving and storing raw materials properly.
Ensure minimal wastage of food materials.
4. Order Handling
Prepare pizzas quickly and accurately as per customer orders.
Coordinate with front staff for takeaway and delivery orders.
Maintain speed and efficiency during peak hours.
5. Equipment Maintenance
Operate kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, dough mixers, and cutters safely.
Report any equipment malfunction to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of pizza preparation or kitchen work (experience preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
