Role Summary
The SAP EHS Functional Analyst is responsible for design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) solutions in SAP ECC / S/4HANA landscapes. The role partners with business, IT, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence, workplace safety, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
· Functional knowledge on SAP S4 EHS ((Environment, Health, and Safety) module with specifically under the Product Compliance or Product Safety & Stewardship module—means managing RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) .
· Able to work with ABAP developer and shift Custom Developed Tool from ECC To S4.
· Lead SAP EHS solution design and configuration (Incident Management, Health & Safety, Environment Management, Occupational Health).
· Perform As‑Is / To‑Be analysis, gap analysis, and solution design.
· Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
· Support end‑to‑end implementations, enhancements, and AMS activities.
· Configure master data, workflows, compliance, and risk management.
· Support unit, integration, and UAT testing.
· Ensure integration with SAP MM, EAM, PM, HCM, FI and non‑SAP systems.
· Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and audit requirements.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP EHS functional experience
- SAP ECC / S/4HANA EHS experience
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- AMS + Project experience
Desirable Skills
- SAP S/4HANA EHS implementations
- SAP EHS Cloud exposure
- SAP EHS certification
- Manufacturing / Utility / Aerospace domain experience
Pay: ₹426,832.16 - ₹1,689,240.89 per year
