About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage our daily business operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, and comfortable working with inventory, data, and operational processes. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations
- Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Update stock movements (inward, outward, damaged, returned items).
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
- Generate stock reports and identify shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation.
Data Management
- Maintain and update Google Sheets and Excel reports daily.
- Create MIS reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy of business data and documentation.
- Organize operational data for easy access and reporting.
Order & Process Management
- Coordinate order processing and dispatch.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers when required.
- Monitor order status and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely execution of daily operational activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support management with operational insights and recommendations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Formulas, Charts)
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of business operations and logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or administration (Freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
- Experience working in an e-commerce, retail, or trading business.
- Ability to prepare dashboards and operational reports.
