We are looking for a talented and customer-focused Bartender to join our hospitality team and craft memorable beverage experiences.
Position Overview
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, coffee-based beverages, and other drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
- Engage with guests professionally and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, ordering, and minimizing wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Create signature beverages and seasonal specials when required.
- Process orders accurately and handle billing through the POS system.
- Support beverage service during cultural events, private functions, and special occasions.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a bartender in a hotel, premium restaurant, lounge, or bar.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and bar operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
