Job Summary
The Aptitude Trainer is responsible for training students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Skills to enhance their employability and campus placement readiness. The role includes conducting training sessions, mock tests, assessments, and mentoring students for competitive examinations and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Verbal Ability
- Data Interpretation
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Prepare students for:
- Campus placement aptitude rounds
- Competitive examinations
- Corporate recruitment assessments
- Design lesson plans, training modules, worksheets, assignments, and mock tests.
- Teach shortcut methods, time-management techniques, and problem-solving strategies.
- Conduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and practice sessions to monitor student progress.
- Analyze student performance and provide individual feedback and improvement plans.
- Maintain attendance records, performance reports, and training documentation.
- Coordinate with Training & Placement Cell for placement preparation activities.
- Update training content as per current industry trends and recruitment patterns.
- Mentor students on interview readiness, confidence building, and test-taking strategies.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in:
- Mathematics
- Engineering
- Statistics
- Management
- Computer Science
- Any relevant discipline
- Certification in Aptitude Training or Competitive Exam Coaching will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in aptitude training, placement training, or competitive exam coaching preferred.
- Freshers with excellent aptitude and communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
