Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee engagement, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes through HRMS/HRIS.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and new joiner/exit details.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and other HR matters.
- Support performance management, KRA/KPI processes, appraisal cycles, and employee confirmation.
- Conduct and support employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, team activities, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities, exit interviews, full & final settlement, and relieving/experience documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Ensure proper documentation and support compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other administrative partners.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, assets, and inventory.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain records of office assets, contracts, agreements, and vendor documentation.
- Support employee welfare, workplace safety, and general office requirements.
- Handle administrative expenses and coordinate with Finance for bills, invoices, and payments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
