- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of system operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience working with enterprise-level business systems and understanding their interdependencies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate problem resolution.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify system anomalies.
- Capability to document issues and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
