Position: Cafe Staff Executive
Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-oriented Cafe Staff Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily cafe operations, and maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations when required.
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day cafe operations.
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate.
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in flexible or rotational shifts.
