Nanny Position – Toddler Care & Pet Care SupportCore Childcare Responsibilities (Toddler Focus)Active Supervision
- Provide attentive supervision for an energetic toddler to maintain a safe environment during both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Monitor playtime and daily routines while encouraging safe exploration and independence.
Routine & Potty Training
- Maintain a consistent daily schedule, including meals, naps, quiet time, and activities.
- Support and reinforce potty-training efforts with patience and consistency.
Early Learning & Development
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support fine and gross motor skill development.
- Encourage learning through:
- Reading and storytelling
- Basic counting and number recognition
- Color and shape recognition
- Arts and crafts
- Sensory play
- Imaginative and creative play
Emotional Support
- Help the toddler navigate age-appropriate emotional challenges with patience and understanding.
- Teach healthy emotional expression, sharing, cooperation, and gentle interactions with others and pets.
Nutrition
- Prepare and serve healthy, toddler-friendly meals and snacks.
- Encourage positive eating habits while patiently managing typical picky-eating phases.
Hygiene & Independence
- Assist with daily hygiene routines, including:
- Teeth brushing
- Hand washing
- Dressing
- General cleanliness
- Encourage age-appropriate independence and self-help skills.
Child-Related Household DutiesTidying & Organization
- Keep play areas, the child's bedroom, and common spaces clean and organized.
- Encourage participation in daily clean-up routines to build responsibility and good habits.
Child's Laundry
- Wash, dry, fold, and put away the toddler's clothing, bedding, and other child-related items.
Meal Cleanup
- Clean dishes, highchairs, and dining areas following the toddler's meals and snacks.
Inventory Management
- Notify parents when supplies are running low, including:
- Diapers
- Wipes
- Toddler snacks
- Arts and crafts materials
- Other child-related essentials
Pet Care Responsibilities (Miniature Schnauzer)
Miniature Schnauzers are intelligent, energetic dogs that thrive on companionship. The nanny will ensure the dog's needs are met while safely managing interactions between the dog and toddler.
Exercise & Mental Stimulation
- Provide daily walks and interactive play sessions.
- Engage the dog in activities that offer both physical exercise and mental enrichment.
Feeding & Hydration
- Feed measured meals according to the established schedule.
- Ensure fresh water is always available.
Grooming Support
- Wipe the dog's beard after meals.
- Clean paws after outdoor walks to help maintain household cleanliness.
Potty Breaks & Yard Cleanup
- Provide regular outdoor bathroom breaks.
- Scoop and maintain the yard as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience caring specifically for toddlers (ages 2–4).
- Comfortable working around and caring for dogs.
- High energy level to keep pace with an active 3-year-old.
- Patience, consistency, and a nurturing approach to toddler development and behavior guidance.
- Ability to balance childcare responsibilities with light child-related household tasks and pet care.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
