About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage daily human resource operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, office administration, documentation, and HR compliance. The candidate must possess strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
- Assist in payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Draft HR letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other employee communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relationships.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and facility coordination.
- Handle office purchases, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
- Maintain records of company assets, licenses, and office documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and internal events when required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and workplace discipline.
- Support management in operational and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and office administration.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
