Job description: Job Description: Office Documentation Executive Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Documentation Executive to handle paperwork and online documentation related to Banks, Jan Samarth Portal, KSEB (Kerala State Electricity Board), and MNRE. The role is completely office-based and requires excellent computer skills and accuracy in documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and maintain documents related to banking, Jan Samarth Portal, KSEB, and MNRE processes. Handle online portal work, data entry, uploads, and status tracking. Coordinate with banks, government departments, and internal teams for approvals and clarifications. Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems. Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications. Assist customers by preparing and correcting required documentation. Generate reports and updates as required by management. Eligibility & Qualifications Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Very good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email, online portals). Ability to work accurately with government and bank-related documents. Good typing speed and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of KSEB / MNRE / government portals is an added advantage.
