Job Description
We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant / Medical Store Assistant for our medical shop in Ahmedabad. The candidate should have prior experience working in a medical store and be comfortable handling day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and assist with medicine sales
- Generate bills and process transactions
- Manage inventory and stock entries
- Arrange medicines and maintain shelves
- Check expiry dates and maintain records
- Handle purchase and sales entries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Software & Equipment Requirements
- Working knowledge of EvitalRx pharmacy management software is preferred.
- Ability to create bills, manage inventory, process purchase entries, and generate reports in EvitalRx.
- Experience using TSC TE244 barcode printer for printing medicine labels and barcodes.
- Understanding of barcode label generation, printer setup, and routine troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a medical store or pharmacy.
- Familiarity with pharmacy billing and inventory management.
- Experience with EvitalRx software and barcode printing systems preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Salary & Schedule
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: 12 hours
Location Requirement
- Candidates currently residing in Ahmedabad will be preferred.
- Candidates from outside Ahmedabad must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad before joining.
- Accommodation, food, transportation, and all other relocation-related expenses will be the responsibility of the candidate.
- The employer will not provide accommodation or relocation assistance unless specifically agreed upon separately.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
