We are looking for a motivated and confident Academic Counselor to join our team. The candidate should have experience in handling student inquiries, counseling prospective students, and converting leads into admissions.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with student leads.
- Explain courses and training programs to students.
- Guide students regarding career opportunities and course selection.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the admission team.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Handle WhatsApp and email inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in calling, telecalling, or academic counseling.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
