We're a growing video editing company specializing in cinematic wedding films and wedding content, working with clients across India and internationally. We're looking for a detail-obsessed Lightroom editor to join our post-production team.
Role Overview
You'll be responsible for culling, retouching, and colour grading wedding photographs to a consistent, premium standard — ensuring every gallery reflects our studio's signature look and tone.
Key Responsibilities
1.Cull and select the best frames from large wedding shoots.
2.Colour grade and colour correct images in Adobe Lightroom with strong attention to skin tones, white balance, and consistency across a full gallery.
3.Apply and maintain a consistent brand "look" (presets + manual adjustments) across all client deliveries.
4.Basic retouching (blemish removal, exposure fixes, background cleanup).
5.Sync edits and export in required formats/resolutions for both print and social media use

Requirements
1.6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience editing in Adobe Lightroom (wedding/portrait editing experience strongly preferred).
2.Strong, demonstrable knowledge of colour theory and colour tone correction (skin tones, warm/cool balance, mood-based grading).
3.A portfolio of past colour-graded work (mandatory — please attach with application).
4.Eye for consistency across large batches of images (200–1000+ per wedding).
5.Basic familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
6.Good communication and willingness to take feedback on brand style.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
