Job Title: HR Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and performance management to support business hiring goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Assist in job posting and candidate coordination
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Support offer letter rollout and joining process.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle onboarding documentation and orientation
- Handle exit formalities and documentation
- Handle payroll data preparation (attendance & leave)
- Handle PF & ESIC compliance
3. Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, celebrations, and feedback programs to improve workplace satisfaction.
4. Performance Management & Reporting
- Maintain attendance records, prepare HR reports, and support performance appraisal tracking and internal HR coordination
Skills:-
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Team coordination and problem-solving skills
Qualification:-
- MBA in Human Resource Management
Experience:-
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and HRMS handling
- Experience working on HR One software will be an added advantage
Salary :-
₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
