Job Title: Security Guard
Location: Vadavalli, Coimbatore
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. Candidates must have prior experience in a security role and be willing to work rotational, day, or night shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and secure company premises.
· Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
· Conduct regular patrols and security checks.
· Maintain visitor and security logs.
· Report suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches.
· Respond promptly to emergencies and follow security procedures.
· Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.
Requirements
· Prior experience as a Security Guard is mandatory.
· Good observation and communication skills.
· Physically fit and disciplined.
· Willingness to work rotational, day, and night shifts.
Salary & Benefits
· Probation Period (First 3 Months): ₹15,000 Take-Home Salary
· After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹18,000 Take-Home Salary
Work Schedule
· Rotational / Day / Night Shifts as per company requirements.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
