Position Overview
- Elixir Foundation is seeking a young, proactive, energetic, and socially driven Associate – Programs to support the execution and coordination of its ongoing programs, campaigns, and community initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with the program team in implementing field activities, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational processes across projects.
- This role is ideal for young professionals passionate about social impact, youth development, and grassroots engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Photography & Videography
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of events, workshops, campaigns, and field activities.
- Document grassroots-level impact stories, community engagement, and beneficiary interactions.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into engaging short videos, reels, documentaries, and highlight films.
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, and branding elements as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited content for social media and reporting.
3. Creative Communication & Branding Support
- Support development of visual storytelling aligned with organisational branding.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all creative outputs.
- Assist in ideation of campaign visuals and communication materials.
4. Documentation of Events & Activities
- Maintain systematic photo and video documentation of all organisational activities.
- Create event summaries through visual storytelling formats.
- Develop impact-driven case study videos and success stories.
5. Content Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with communication and program teams to plan content requirements.
- Pre-plan shoots based on event calendars and field activities.
- Suggest creative ideas for improving content quality and engagement.
6. Coordination with Teams
- Work closely with field teams, program managers, and volunteers for content capture.
- Coordinate logistics for shoot requirements during field visits.
- Ensure smooth execution of documentation during events and campaigns.
7. Designing Promotional & Outreach Materials
- Support in creating posters, banners, social media creatives, and digital campaign materials.
- Assist in designing visuals for awareness campaigns and events.
- Ensure alignment with organisational branding guidelines.
8. Digital Media Management & Archiving
- Maintain and organise a structured archive of all photos, videos, and creative assets.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and retrieval of media files.
- Manage digital content libraries for future use and reporting.
9. Field Support & Travel
- Travel to field locations, community areas, schools, and project sites as required.
- Provide on-ground support during large-scale events and campaigns.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred)
- Strong storytelling and visual communication abilities
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in field conditions and dynamic environments
- Good teamwork, coordination, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic AI tools
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communication, Design, Social Work, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in photography/videography/content creation (NGO experience preferred)
- Freshers with strong portfolio, internship, or freelance work may also apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
