Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Technician to support the maintenance and smooth functioning of our buildings, facilities, and electrical/mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair works.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, and basic maintenance issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and service requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and urgent maintenance requirements.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience as a Technician / Maintenance Technician.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to attend urgent maintenance requirements when needed.
