Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign strategy, tracking implementation, remarketing, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Video, Lead Generation, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals and budgets.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Configure and monitor Google Analytics 4 (GA4) events and conversion tracking.
- Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and other tracking scripts.
- Create remarketing audiences and ensure accurate conversion attribution.
- Use UTM parameters and analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
Email Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Segment audiences and perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the content team to create engaging email campaigns.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance across platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements based on data.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative, content, and account management teams.
- Coordinate with clients to understand campaign objectives and communicate performance updates.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

- Good understanding of attribution models, UTM tracking, and campaign measurement.
- Experience in lead generation and ROI-focused campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working on B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email marketing is a plus.
