Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to evaluate financial statements, assess credit risk, prepare credit appraisal reports, and support debt financing transactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial analysis skills and a solid understanding of corporate lending and credit assessment.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyse the financial health of companies through detailed evaluation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow statements, and financial ratios.
· Conduct comprehensive credit appraisals and prepare detailed Credit Assessment Reports (CARs).
· Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and identify potential financial and operational risks.
· Perform industry, market, and competitor analysis to support credit recommendations.
· Evaluate repayment capacity, debt servicing ability, and overall business viability.
· Prepare financial models, projections, and sensitivity analysis for debt proposals.
· Assist in structuring loan proposals for Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, and other debt facilities.
· Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and internal teams for documentation and credit processing.
· Review sanction terms, loan covenants, and financial conditions.
· Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, lender guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
· Monitor existing client portfolios and identify early warning indicators of credit deterioration.
· Support senior management in preparing presentations, investment notes, and credit committee documentation.

Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Investment Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Services.
· Strong understanding of corporate financial statements and financial analysis.
· Knowledge of Working Capital Assessment, Project Finance, Debt Syndication, and Credit Risk Assessment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
