Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the full sales cycle and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting
Generate and qualify leads via international B2B outreach
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1+ year of experience in International Calling / B2B Sales
Proven track record in New Business Development & Lead Generation
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Confidence in handling the full sales cycle

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
