Job Description:
Suki Law Associates is looking for an experienced Office Admin to handle daily office work, client coordination, record maintenance, typing, data entry, and computer-based administrative tasks in a professional manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administrative work
Coordinate with clients and provide timely updates
Maintain office records, files, and case-related documents
Perform typing, data entry, and document preparation work
Use computer applications for regular office tasks
Support advocates and office staff in routine work
Maintain documents and records in an organized manner
Handle phone calls when required
Required Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree is required
Prior work experience is required
Freshers are not preferred
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil are required
Good computer knowledge is required
Typing skills in English and Tamil are mandatory
Ability to maintain records accurately
Should be responsible, punctual, and organized
Having a two-wheeler will be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
Salary:
Based on experience and interview performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
